Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by EdgeCircle Ltd ("EdgeCircle", "we", "us", or "our"), including our Skills Bootcamp programme, corporate training, and consulting services.

By applying for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

EdgeCircle provides:

• AI Automation Bootcamp: A 16-week AI automation training programme (£1,500, with a £300 deposit and instalments available). We also deliver government-funded bootcamps with partners; funded cohorts are announced when contracts confirm.
• Corporate Training: Customised AI and cybersecurity training for organisations.
• Consulting & Implementation: AI automation consulting, process discovery, and solution implementation.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your application and throughout the programme.
• Attend sessions and complete assignments as required (for bootcamp learners).
• Respect intellectual property and not share proprietary course materials without permission.
• Behave professionally and respectfully towards staff, instructors, and fellow learners.
• Comply with the eligibility requirements for government-funded programmes.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your eligibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, methodologies, and resources provided by EdgeCircle remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

For consulting clients: Any bespoke solutions, automations, or systems we build for you become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

For self-funded bootcamp learners:

• Full payment or agreed payment plan must be arranged before the programme start date.
• Payment plans may be available; terms will be confirmed in your enrolment agreement.
• Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension from the programme.

For business clients:

• Payment terms will be specified in your proposal or contract.
• Standard terms are 50% deposit, 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Skills Bootcamp (self-funded):

• Full refund if you withdraw within 14 days of enrolment and before the programme starts.
• Pro-rata refund if you withdraw within the first 4 weeks, minus administration fee.
• No refund after week 4, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Learners on funded cohorts: Where a cohort is government-funded through a partner, refund terms do not apply as no fee is payable by the learner.

Business services: Refund terms will be specified in your contract. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeCircle's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date training, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or results from completing our programmes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in disruptive behaviour, or fail to meet programme requirements.

You may terminate your participation by providing written notice, subject to the refund policy above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
