Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by EdgeCircle Ltd ("EdgeCircle", "we", "us", or "our"), including our AI and automation bootcamp, corporate training, and consulting services.

By applying for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

EdgeCircle provides:

  • AI and automation bootcamp: A 16-week, live, online AI and automation training programme (Core), with optional 8-week tracks; cohort 1 starts Monday 4 January 2027. Enrolment terms are shown in full on the enrolment page and accepted at the deposit step. Separately, we deliver government-funded Skills Bootcamps as a delivery partner; where a learner is on a funded cohort, the funder's terms apply.
  • Corporate Training: Customised AI and cybersecurity training for organisations.
  • Consulting & Implementation: AI automation consulting, process discovery, and solution implementation.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in your application and throughout the programme.
  • Attend sessions and complete assignments as required (for bootcamp learners).
  • Respect intellectual property and not share proprietary course materials without permission.
  • Behave professionally and respectfully towards staff, instructors, and fellow learners.
  • Comply with the eligibility requirements for government-funded programmes.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your eligibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, methodologies, and resources provided by EdgeCircle remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

For consulting clients: Any bespoke solutions, automations, or systems we build for you become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

For self-funded bootcamp learners:

  • Full payment or agreed payment plan must be arranged before the programme start date.
  • Payment plans may be available; terms will be confirmed in your enrolment agreement.
  • Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension from the programme.

For business clients:

  • Payment terms will be specified in your proposal or contract.
  • Standard terms are 50% deposit, 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Cooling-off, withdrawal and refunds for the bootcamp are set out on the Refunds and cooling-off page and in the Enrolment terms, which take precedence over this section. Learners on a government-funded cohort pay no fee, so no refund terms apply to them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeCircle's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date training, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or results from completing our programmes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in disruptive behaviour, or fail to meet programme requirements.

You may terminate your participation by providing written notice, subject to the refund policy above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
