Refunds and cooling-off

Your 14-day cooling-off

You can cancel within 14 days of enrolling for a full refund, for any reason. Email hello@edgecircle.co.uk; a model cancellation form is in your enrolment agreement. We refund by the method you paid within 14 days of your cancellation.

If you asked us to start the Induction inside those 14 days and then cancel, we deduct only the value of what was delivered, in proportion to the full price, and show you the calculation.

Withdrawing after the cooling-off period

Withdraw before the end of Core week 2 and you pay only for what you've had: your deposit covers it and we cancel the remaining payments.

After week 2 the full fee remains payable, because your place cannot be filled by someone else. Instalments continue on the schedule you chose. We will always talk to you first if your circumstances have changed.

Moving cohort

Tell us before the end of Core week 2 and you may move your place to the next available cohort once, free, keeping the price you enrolled at.

If we cancel or change dates

If we cancel a cohort before it starts, we refund everything you have paid within 14 days. If we have to change a start date, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of our notice.

Tracks

Each 8-week track is a separate purchase with its own 14-day cooling-off. One track at a time; change tracks free within 14 days of starting one, not after.
