For businesses

The barrier came down. The question is where to put it first — and how to stay safe doing it.

Most businesses have a couple of places where AI pays for itself and plenty where it doesn't. Which is which depends on how your business runs, not on the technology. So we look first, tell you what we find, build only the part that earns its keep — and make sure it doesn't open a door you didn't know you had.

Half of small businesses are already using it. Most aren't sure they're using it well.

Simply Business surveyed 1,842 UK small business owners in July and August 2026. 47% now use AI, up from 22% a year before, and 46% of those using it say it saves them time on admin. The figure that matters more: only 19% call themselves very confident with it, and around a third say they don't understand how to use it or are wary of bringing it in. The gap isn't getting hold of it any more. It's knowing what to point it at.

Four things we do for businesses.

  • Legwork

    We build the system.

Groundwork first: a proper look at how you work, then a written plan — £500, credited against the build. If something is worth building, Legwork is what we build: your own AI, in your business's name, that knows your jobs and your week and does the running around.

Six to ten of you: £6,500 to set up, then £500 a month.

Three to five: £4,500, then £375.

Sole trader, or two of you: £3,000, then £250.

Plus what it uses, billed by Anthropic to your own account. Prices exclude VAT.

  • Cybersecurity

    We keep your business secure.

Most attacks are let in, not broken in. Awareness training that makes your people harder to fool, and help getting ready for Cyber Essentials, the government-backed baseline: we go through the questions with you, find where you'd fall short today, and help you put it right. Led by our Chief Information Security Officer, who also signs off anything we build for you before it goes live.

    Awareness session: £1,500.

Cyber Check, led by our CISO — our recommendation: £2,000.

Cyber Essentials, done with you: £3,000, plus the assessment fee at cost.

    Prices exclude VAT.

  • AI training

We train your team to use AI properly.

Most teams already have people quietly using AI, badly, and nobody willing to say so. Practical training, sized to your team, on the tools they will actually use — so it gets used well, and used openly.

Half-day, up to sixteen people: £1,500.

    Full day: £2,500.

Programme of three sessions — our recommendation: from £6,500.

    Prices exclude VAT.

  • Consulting

We work on the ones that are bigger than a single build.

For a larger team, or where the answer isn't one system: several processes at once, more than one existing system to connect, or a decision that has to be made before anything is built. Scoped as its own piece of work and priced in writing before it starts.

Diagnostic, one site — our recommendation: £6,500.

Diagnostic, an organisation of up to 250 people: £9,500.

    Larger organisations: from £14,500.

A set scope, a set timeline and a written roadmap. What follows is fixed-scope, priced from what the diagnostic finds. Prices exclude VAT.

Groundwork

We look first. Then a plan in writing.

Whatever it turns into — a system, training, or nothing from us — it starts the same way. Groundwork is £500, and it becomes the first £500 of whatever we build for you within 60 days. If the plan isn't worth £500 to you, say so within seven days and we refund it. The 20-minute call before it is free. Prices exclude VAT.

  1. 01

    We look

One real week of your business, walked end to end: how work arrives, how you price it, what happens after, what your accountant needs, what your team needs from you. On site or online, whichever suits how you work. Not a presentation.

  2. 02

    A plan in writing

Within a week: what we'd go after, what we'd build or teach for it, in what order, and a fixed price for each piece. Including the honest answer if nothing is worth building yet.

  3. 03

    Then the work

Nothing starts until the plan and the price are agreed.

Not trading yet? Footings gets the business open, legal and findable in three weeks — from £1,500.
